Built around your goals
Treatment is subject to medical evaluation and provider approval. Availability, eligibility, formulation and prescribing are determined through the clinical workflow, and vary by state. Product imagery is illustrative; branded Wegovy® is not the Nexus-labeled vial shown, and pictured strengths are not dosing instructions.
The process
From first answer to a clinical decision, usually within a few days. You are told the outcome either way.
Health history, medications and the measurements the protocol needs.
Your medical history is checked for conditions and medication combinations that need attention.
A licensed clinician in your state decides whether treatment is appropriate.
If prescribed, medication ships to your door, with scheduled check-ins.
The clinical approach
Thoughtful, clinician-led care from your first question to your next check-in. Start online, understand your options, and make informed decisions with your care team.
Your medical history, current medications, allergies and goals help your clinician understand what is appropriate for you.
A licensed clinician reviews your intake. They may recommend treatment, request more information or explain why a different approach is needed.
Your care portal brings together your status, clinical messages and follow-up check-ins, so you know what happens next.
Your patient portal
Return to your clinical record, contact your care team and complete follow-ups in one place.
Treatment depends on your history, clinical eligibility and state availability. A prescription is never guaranteed. For a medical emergency, call 911.
Questions
No. You can browse, read and complete a medical intake without an account, and you only create one at the end so your answers can be saved and sent for review.
No. Every intake is reviewed by a licensed clinician who may decide treatment is not appropriate. When that happens you are told plainly, and where another program fits your answers better you are pointed to it.
A licensed clinician licensed in the state you live in. Your answers are screened against the program's clinical protocol first, but the screen only flags — it never approves anybody.
Your medical information is used to support your care. Your clinical record and messages are available through your patient portal and to the team responsible for your treatment.
Your screening result is recorded, you are told what it means in plain language, and where a different program is a better fit you can start that intake instead. Nothing is charged for a decision not to treat.
If a clinician writes a prescription, it is filled by a licensed pharmacy and shipped to the address you gave during intake, with follow-up as the treatment requires.
About ten minutes. A licensed clinician reviews your answers and you are told the outcome, including when treatment is not appropriate for you.
