By creating an account or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. 1. AI-generated recommendations are informational only and should not be considered medical advice. 4. Payment Information Payments are processed by trusted third-party payment processors. Nexus Health does not store complete credit or debit card numbers on its servers. 5. Wearable Devices & Third-Party Integrations If you choose to connect devices or services such as fitness trackers, smart scales, or health applications, we may receive data authorized by you, including activity, sleep, body measurements, heart rate, and related fitness information. You may disconnect these integrations at any time through your account settings where available. 5.1 Use of Google User Data If you choose to connect your Google Account to Nexus Health, we access certain Google Health data based on the permissions you grant, which may include: Activity and fitness data Sleep data Nutrition data Health metrics and measurements Health settings How we use this data. Google user data obtained through these permissions is used solely to power the corresponding in-app features you access it for — including your dashboard, progress tracking, coaching recommendations, and related tools. We do not use Google user data for any purpose beyond providing and improving these disclosed, user-facing features. Limited Use compliance. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. No advertising use. We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements, and we do not sell, rent, or share Google user data with advertisers, data brokers, or third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. Human access. We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless: (a) we have your affirmative agreement for specific messages or data; (b) it's necessary for security purposes (such as investigating abuse); (c) it's required to comply with applicable law; or (d) it is aggregated and anonymized for internal operations in accordance with applicable law. Revoking access. You may disconnect your Google Account from Nexus Health at any time within your account settings, or directly through your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Deletion. If you disconnect your Google Account or delete your Nexus Health account, we will delete the associated Google user data from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required to comply with a legal obligation. To request deletion of your Google user data at any time, email contact@nexusfitness.org with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." 6. How We Share Information We do not sell your personal information. Google user data is subject to the restrictions described in Section 5.1 above and is not shared with the categories of third parties listed in this section, except where legally required. We may share information with: - Payment processors - Cloud hosting providers - Government authorities when required by law Each third party is expected to handle information in accordance with applicable agreements and legal requirements. 7. Data Security We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
